Language fiesta, LITERATI 2015-16 coloured the entire atmosphere of the school on Saturday, 30 January, 2016. The Interschool Competition that encapsulated 11 events spanning four languages namely, English, Hindi, French and Sanskrit triggered the creativity and imagination of the participants. Nine schools from in and around Vaishali took part in this confluence of languages. The enthusiasm was quite evident on the participants’ faces as they reached the venue fully charged and showcased their talent with full zeal and gusto. The events were judged by a panel of experts. One of the judges, Mr. Pankaj K. Mishr, Professor at St. Stephens’s College, New Delhi shared his valuable experience with the audience. DPS, Indirapuram bagged the Best School Award. The fiesta provided the students with a platform to enhance and exhibit their learning in a functional way.
Maths filled the air in the school campus on 31 October, 2015 as everybody geared up for“Dimensions-2015 Maths Inter School Competition”. 14 schools participated in the event. Ten different competitions encompassing the various aspects of mathematics in everyday life were conducted and more than 200 students tussled for the crown. Every event was uniquely designed to instigate creativity and originality in the student. Each event was judged by a pair of adjudicators to ensure sound decision and transparency. The spirit and presentation of the participants was overwhelming. All in all, the event was a success.

Inter School Competition on Mathematics
Competition inspires many of us to strive hard and achieve the goal or win the situation. A healthy competition has numerous benefits and we end up learning new lessons in life from such competitions. Our school took us to an interschool “Maths and Technology” competition DIMENSIONS 2014 on 22nd November held by K.R.Mangalam World School, Vaishali. There were multiple sub-divisions in which the students participated like Robot Making, laser tracking, power point presentation making and math mind boggling quizzes.
It was truly a very exciting and immersive experience. As many as 14 schools participated actively in the competitions and it was wonderful to see all the brilliant ideas which students had come up with.
This competition gave us a insight into the new and brilliant minds of the next generation of mathematicians, scientists and discoverers. The icing on the cake was the bag full of prizes our school team won.The list of winners can be summarized as:
